Superior Poker reserves the right to refuse to accept credit card deposits from
certain countries. This policy was introduced after a high volume of credit
card fraud was reported from these countries. We encourage customers from these
countries to deposit via alternative deposit methods as listed above.
We apologize to the customers from the following countries for any
inconvenience caused: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia
and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Denmark,
Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Romania, Russian
Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine.

POKER CASH OUT OPTIONS
If you made a deposit to your account via a credit card, we will attempt to credit funds back to your credit card to the extent allowed by our credit card processing companies. Any amount in excess of the amount credited back to your credit card will be refunded to you using your preferred secondary method of payment; i.e. bank draft or wire transfer. The reason why we sometimes cannot refund your entire winning amount back to your credit card is due to the credit card company's restrictions, and is unfortunately beyond our control.
To cash out, click on the 'Cashier' button in the lobby and then on the 'Cash Out' button. You will be prompted for a cashout amount; please enter the amount and click 'Submit'. Next, choose the method by which you wish to receive your winnings. Your three options will be NETeller, MoneyBookers, or a check in US$. Select your preferred withdrawal method, and click 'Submit'. Please allow up to 15 business days for your check delivery.
NETeller credits that are greater than the amount purchased will be applied within 72 hours. Please allow 48 hours from your last deposit before requesting to cash out. In special cases, additional information may be required before a cashout to be processed.

In order to further insure fraud free transactions for all, the Secure Banking Form is required by SuperiorPoker.com for all players choosing to deposit by credit card. This form is used strictly as a tool to prevent fraudulent activity and will be used, when necessary, to protect each player as well as SuperiorPoker.com. Having this secure form on file with SuperiorPoker.com will ensure that all of your credit card deposits are fast, easy and hassle free. Not only will having your updated secure form on file will upgrade your banking level, it will expedite your cash out process.
Once you fill in the automated options provided in the form you must print it and fill out the remainder by hand. It is necessary, for your security as well as ours, that you sign this document by hand.
Once you have printed and filled out the form in full you may send it back to us by scanning and emailing the document back to us at efax@pokeronlinenetwork.com or you can fax it back to us by the Toll Free fax numbers provided below.

All forms must be accompanied by a copy of a Government Issued ID (state issued drivers license or passport is okay) for age verification. If you have ever deposited using a Credit Card in the past you will be required to send a copy of all Credit Card(s) that you have used with SuperiorPoker (front and back).
